Ben Goldberg and his wife Elyse Goldberg traveled to England to attend the premier horse racing event of the season — the Boodles Cheltenham Festival.

Over 75,000 guests gathered at the historic Cheltenham Racecourse for four days in a row to spectate, celebrate, and mingle. The course’s gorgeous grounds were accented with Boodles’ iconic light pink.

Each day of the festival featured a unique theme. ‘Champions Day’ honored past and future race champions, while ‘Style Wednesday’ showcased slow fashion and glamorous race outfits. The festival ended with the highly anticipated ‘Gold Cup Day’ where the horse, Galopin Des Champs, won the final race.

Ben Goldberg compared the event’s energy and atmosphere to the Kentucky Derby and said it was “an absolutely beautiful and incredible event.”

This was a special year for the Cheltenham Gold Cup. The legendary horse race celebrated its 100th anniversary, and Boodles announced an extension of its official sponsorship for three more years. Boodles became the official sponsor of the Cheltenham Gold Cup in 2022.
