William Goldberg at Auction

At William Goldberg, few moments create a thrill quite like the one that comes when one of our signature jewelry pieces is listed for sale at one of the world’s great auction houses.

Christie’s. Bonhams. Tiancheng. These names stir the imagination, and having William Goldberg jewelry featured by them is a testament to the uncompromising work of our master craftsmen.

In June of this year the exquisite William Goldberg Fancy Color Microset Diamond Necklace was featured at the Tiancheng Auction in Hong Kong.

Then, in October, this Burmese Royal Blue Sapphire and Diamond Ring sold at the Poly Auction in Hong Kong. One of my personal favorites, this breathtaking ring totals over 30 carats.

Just one week later, Bonhams in New York featured nine William Goldberg original pieces, including ruby and diamond earrings, cultured pearl and diamond earrings, these beautiful diamond cluster earrings, a magnificent emerald and diamond suite, and more.

It’s a true honor any time one of our pieces is sold at auction. We consider this a reflection of the craftsmanship and detail that goes into every piece, be it rare colored diamonds, emeralds, rubies or the highest quality white diamonds. Each successful auction serves to build on our father’s legacy as the founder of one of the most distinguished diamond jewelry houses in the world.
